Although we might occasionally offer Litter-Robot coupons, promo codes, or discounts you can immediately save on your purchase of a self-cleaning litter box with our Litter-Robot bundles.

Are sale items covered by the same warranty as regular-priced items?

Yes, all Whisker robots, regardless of price or promotion, are covered top-to-bottom by our free WhiskerCare 1-Year Warranty.

Can I return a sale item?

Unless otherwise specified, Whisker robots that are purchased at a discounted price are still eligible for return under our 90-day in-home trial.

Do you offer price adjustments if an item I bought goes on sale later?

At this time we cannot offer price adjustments on items that go on sale at future dates.
