FAQ

Can I use the Whisker app with both iOS and Android?

The Whisker app is compatible with Apple mobile devices with iOS 14.0 or greater and Android mobile devices 12.0 or greater. Both the Apple app and the Android app are available to download.

Can I connect the app to multiple Whisker robots?

Yes! You can onboard multiple WiFi-enabled Litter-Robot automatic litter boxes or Feeder-Robot automatic pet feeders to the Whisker app. If others in your household want to use the app, they can simply download the app to their device and log in with the same account.

Will my Whisker robot connect to my WiFi network?

Our robots require a 2.4 GHz WiFi signal. (5 GHz band not supported.) Feeder-Robot requires IPv4 addressing, and is unable to connect to shared networks (apartment complexes, college dorms, etc.). Litter-Robot automatic litter boxes support either IPv4 or IPv6 addressing.

Which languages is the Whisker app available in?

The Whisker app is available in the following languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian.
