Yes, all Whisker robots are managed in the Whisker app.
How do Whisker robots interact with each other?
Whisker robots don’t interact with each other. However, multiple Whisker robots can be onboarded to the Whisker app, where you can create custom pet profiles to unlock personalized insights into your pet’s litter box and feeding behaviors.
Do all Whisker robots benefit from the 90-day in-home trial?
Yes, all Whisker robots come with a 90-day in-home trial for peace of mind. If you decide your Whisker robot is not right for you during the trial period, you can return it for a refund; just pay return shipping. (Note: Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a cleaning fee deducted from your refund.)
What does the WhiskerCare® Warranty cover?
Our hassle-free protection plan covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support. You’ll have access to our dedicated customer experience specialists, software experts, and US-based service and repair team. During your warranty period, we will resolve robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. There are never deductibles or hidden fees.

Cleaning a litter box is one of the chores cat parents dislike most—dealing with odors, dust, and constant scooping. A self-cleaning litter box like Litter-Robot eliminates this hassle by automatically removing waste after each use, keeping litter fresh for your cat.
Automatic litter boxes also reduce odors, dust, and tracking by sealing waste in a drawer and using advanced sifting technology. For multi-cat homes, a single self-cleaning litter box can often replace several traditional ones, supporting up to four cats.
