How does WhiskerCare® work?
If you encounter any problems with your robot, please contact our Customer Experience team at
whiskersupport.com.
Returned products must be clean and free of litter; products returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee.
In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send the warranted product to us for testing, inspection, repair, or replacement.
If we do not receive these back, we will not be able to process your warranty claim.
What does the WhiskerCare® Extended Warranty cover?
Our hassle-free protection plan covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support.
During your warranty period, we will resolve Feeder-Robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways.
When does the WhiskerCare® Warranty begin?
The WhiskerCare® Warranty begins the day your robot gets shipped if purchased on
whisker.com or
litter-robot.com.
Robot purchases made externally will require manual WhiskerCare® Warranty activation before claims can be made.

How long does WhiskerCare® last?
Feeder-Robot comes with a 1-year WhiskerCare® Warranty included.
Prior to your 1-year warranty expiring, you can extend your warranty for up to 2 additional years,
which will give 3 total years of WhiskerCare® coverage.
